Lorden Vella has been selected as the preferred builder to construct a brand-new Early Learning Centre, located in Mernda. With a stand-out 'U' shaped design, this facility will comprise of four children’s learning areas, indoor and outdoor meal areas, specialist areas, meeting and staff rooms, a chef’s kitchen, and bathroom facilities as well as an extensive outdoor play area. This project also includes a 90-space car park.
