Lorden Vella was engaged by a leading national childcare service provider to construct a new 130 place childcare facility, located in Junction Village, a new development area. This new building comprises of seven general-purpose childrens rooms, kitchen and bathroom facilities, 28 car parking spaces, and is a fully electric facility.
