Directors
HILL LORDEN.
Hill is an experienced project manager and holds both commercial and residential building registrations.
With more than 13 years in the construction industry he has been working as a project manager and a wide variety of other roles.
His career began in estimating and contract administration and he has a strong understanding of contracts and financial management.
Hill also holds a bachelor’s degree in Property & Construction from Melbourne University.
GARATH VELLA.
Garath holds unlimited commercial and residential building registrations, and has over 13 years of experience managing various construction projects.
He began his career as a tradesman working in both residential and commercial sectors. With a passion for design and construction he soon moved into a site management role with a leading construction firm before progressing into project management.
Garath’s diverse experience in construction leaves him with a wealth of building knowledge and experience in the delivery of both small and large scale projects.
